1. Acceptance

By accessing this website you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Informational website

This site describes LIAVIC’s procurement and supply services. Content is for general information. It is not a bid, an offer to sell, a representation of current inventory, or a government certification. Product availability, lead times, origin, and documentation depend on the specific request and source.

3. RFQs and quotes

Submitting a request through the contact form or by email is an inquiry, not a purchase order. A quote, if issued, is not a contract until LIAVIC and the buyer confirm the products, quantities, price, documentation, and delivery terms in writing. We may decline a request.

You are responsible for the accuracy of part numbers, NSNs, quantities, ship-to information, and files you submit. Do not upload classified information, CUI, export-controlled technical data, or material you are not authorized to share. The website form is not a secure CUI transfer system.

4. Intellectual property

The LIAVIC name, logos, and site content are owned by LIAVIC LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or use them for other businesses without our written consent, except for ordinary viewing and sharing of public pages.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to:

• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site or the quote form
• Submit malware, automated spam, or false identity information
• Scrape the site in a way that impairs others’ use
• Misrepresent an affiliation with LIAVIC or with a government agency

6. Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Inquiry email is delivered through Google Workspace. Those providers have their own terms and privacy notices.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published descriptions are complete for any particular order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIAVIC LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement as they relate to the website itself.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIAVIC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Liability related to an actual supply transaction, if any, is governed by the written quote, purchase order, or other contract for that order—not by these website terms.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or the website at any time. The effective date will be updated when we do. Later use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
