For technology requirements, include manufacturer, model/SKU, quantity and required configuration. For software renewals, include publisher, product, quantity, licensing term and renewal/customer identifier when available. Manufacturer part numbers and NSNs still belong here for other products. Do not send passwords, credentials or account access.
