2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send us, mainly through the Request a Quote form or by email:

• Name, organization, work email, and optional phone number
• Buyer type, RFQ or solicitation number, part numbers or NSNs, quantities, delivery location, and required delivery date
• Request details and optional file attachments (PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, or TXT)

If you email us, we also receive the content of that message and any attachments you include.

Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), ITAR/EAR-controlled technical data, export-controlled information, or other information you are not authorized to disclose through the website form or unsecured email. Contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method.

The website host and security tools may automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, and pages requested. We do not operate a separate marketing analytics pixel on this site.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Review and respond to RFQs and other inquiries
• Prepare quotes, follow-up questions, and order-related communication
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
• Meet legal, accounting, or contractual recordkeeping needs

We do not use the RFQ form to run advertising campaigns or to sell your information.

4. How we share information

RFQ submissions are processed by our website infrastructure (Cloudflare) and delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox at contracts@liavic.com. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the quote form to reduce automated abuse.

We may also share information with professional advisers or if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies or similar technologies that are needed to run the quote form’s abuse-prevention check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to deliver the site through Cloudflare. We do not use those tools to build advertising profiles.

6. Retention

Inquiry records, including emails and attachments, are kept as long as needed to respond to the request, support a related order, or meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then deleted or archived according to our ordinary business practice.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information in transit and in our mailbox. No website or email system is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may email contracts@liavic.com to ask what inquiry information we hold, to correct it, or to request deletion, subject to records we must keep for legal or business reasons.

If you are a consumer under a U.S. state privacy law that applies to your request, we will consider it in line with that law. This website is intended for business and government purchasing contacts, not for consumer marketing.

9. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies to later visits and submissions.
